Refund Policy

At Status Comfortable, we strive to provide high-quality leisure wear products and exceptional service. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we manage returns and refunds.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are required to provide a remedy if the goods you purchase from us:

  • Are faulty or defective,
     

  • Are not as described,
     

  • Do not do what they are supposed to do, or
     

  • Do not meet your consumer guarantees.
     

If you experience any of the above issues, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your purchase and feel good wearing it, but if you change your mind, we offer returns for most products under the following conditions:

  • You must return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
     

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
     

  • You must provide proof of purchase receipt.
     

Exclusions


We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for change-of-mind reasons:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and jewellery (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.

  • Sale or discounted items, unless required by law.

How to Return:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at statuscomfortable@gmail.com to initiate your return via email.
 

Step 2: Advise of the garment type, issue with the item(s) and what outcome you are seeking. A postal address will be provided with response acknowledging your concern.
 

Step 3: Ship your items back to us using a tracked shipping service. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [statuscomfortable@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number (if you have one)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the fault or damage.

  • Receipt
     

Our Responsibility


If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.

If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
